1. General rule
Products offered, purchased, or delivered through Waly Market must comply with applicable law and Waly Market policies. Unless Waly Market expressly authorizes a regulated category after implementing required licensing, age verification, and controls, prohibited items may not be listed, purchased, or delivered through Waly Market.
2. Prohibited categories
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances.
- Drug paraphernalia intended primarily for unlawful drug use.
- Cannabis or THC products unless expressly authorized under a legally compliant program.
- Tobacco, cigarettes, vaping products, nicotine products, and related restricted products unless expressly approved.
- Alcohol unless expressly authorized under an approved legally compliant program.
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and illegal or regulated weapons.
- Stolen property or counterfeit goods.
- Products that infringe intellectual property rights.
- Human remains or body parts.
- Live animals unless specifically approved under a lawful program.
- Hazardous, radioactive, explosive, or highly toxic materials.
- Products subject to a serious safety recall when sale is prohibited or unsafe.
- Prescription medications unless offered through an expressly approved legally compliant pharmacy program.
- Lottery tickets, gambling products, or wagering services unless expressly permitted.
- Any item whose sale or delivery is prohibited by federal, state, or local law or that Waly Market determines creates an unreasonable legal, safety, fraud, or delivery risk.
3. Customer and merchant responsibility
Merchants are responsible for ensuring products they list are lawful and permitted. Customers may not use notes, substitutions, messages, or other methods to request prohibited items.
4. Enforcement
Waly Market may remove products, cancel orders, restrict merchants, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action for violations.
